Family Law

Lansner & Kubitschek represents clients in both traditional and extraordinary family law situations. We represent clients in all aspects of custody, visitation, and domestic violence issues, in both Supreme Court and Family Court. Our representation is guided by and geared to an individual client's needs and goals. Our reputation for aggressive advocacy serves clients in contentious litigation, while clients whose cases are amenable to settlement benefit from our pragmatic approach to resolving cases without acrimony.

We represent clients in Family Court who are facing charges of child abuse or neglect or who have children in foster care, and in administrative reviews for clients who have been reported to the State Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment, and for clients who are the subject of ACS investigations.

We also represent clients in interstate and international custody disputes.
